Organic Teton Blend

I use a blade grinder to grind it into dang near powder then use the Hario setup for a pour over. This may go against the coffee guru’s but it makes a great cup of coffee for me!

We discovered Cowboy Coffee while visiting friends in Jackson, and their Teton Blend instantly became my favorite. Even compared to high-end roast options, nothing else comes close. I order several bags a year now and it’s consistently exceptional!

This coffee is delicious. It’s got a balanced flavor that’s not bitter or acidic, delicious chocolatey notes, and is so easy to drink. We loved it so much while we were visiting the area that we had to order a 5lb bag as soon as we got home. Pair it with a good coffee maker to really extract the full flavor.

Friend of mine travelled to JH earlier this year and brought some home. We both prefer dark roast; I felt it was just the right flavor. Strong enough but not bitter. I have since ordered online 5lb packages and have been grinding away since. Certainly for the foreseeable future I will continue to order the Teton blend but might venture out some and try a different roast. Glad I was introduced to it.

I have been doing a pour-over process for over 15 years now. I have tried all kinds and types of beans and the Organic Teton Blend is my top pick. It is my daily driver and I know exactly when to order a new 5lb bag to make sure I never run out. There is simply nothing else that get's close to this brew. I use pre-ground on camping trips for pour-overs. Makes the perfect cup! Rich, smooth flavor, so delicious!!
