Friend of mine travelled to JH earlier this year and brought some home. We both prefer dark roast; I felt it was just the right flavor. Strong enough but not bitter. I have since ordered online 5lb packages and have been grinding away since. Certainly for the foreseeable future I will continue to order the Teton blend but might venture out some and try a different roast. Glad I was introduced to it.
I have been doing a pour-over process for over 15 years now. I have tried all kinds and types of beans and the Organic Teton Blend is my top pick.
