How does the Pack Train work?+
Pack your bags — pick your coffees, sizes, and grind — set how often they ship (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), and we roast and send them fresh on your schedule. Manage it any time from your account.
How does the discount work?+
The more you pack, the more you save: 5% off any order, 8% over $40, 10% over $75, and 15% over $120 — applied automatically to every shipment.
What about shipping?+
Members ship a flat $4.99, and shipping is free on every shipment over $120.
Can I change what's in my pack?+
Any time. Swap bags, change your grind, adjust quantities, or add and remove coffees from your account — changes apply to your next shipment.
Can I skip or cancel?+
Any time. No fees, no questions — skip, pause, or cancel right from your account.
When does my first order ship?+
Your first box goes out within a couple of business days of signing up, then on the schedule you choose.
