Any gift item shipped to you from Cowboycoffee.com may be returned for a merchandise credit and / or monetary funds. Shipping is non-refundable. We will accept product returns provided they are unopened and received by us within Thirty (30) days of purchase.

Simply take your product in which you want to return, and place it in a shipping package and send the package via UPS or insured parcel post.
