Their breakfast slaps almost as hard as the... coffee! Great biscuit breakfast sandwiches, croissants, and breakfast burritos. Coffee is great too! Definitely recommend.Only gripe I have, if I had to come up with one, is their indoor space is small and kind of meh. Once it gets busy, its definitely a mad house to pickup your order or find seating.read more

Cowboy Coffee is amazing! Hands down one of the... best iced lattes I’ve ever had - and definitely the best coffee we had on our entire trip. We loved it so much we went back multiple times! The coffee is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced every single time.It’s clearly a local favorite too - there’s always a line, but it moves fast and is absolutely worth the wait. Loved the vibe at the Cowboy Bar and the coffee... was actually super tasty — especially the pumpkin spice latte! That said, the line didn’t make much sense, service was slow, and it’s definitely pricey for what it is. Cute place, but not sure I’d splurge on it again.read more

The Elk Chili was amazing—definitely a must-try!... The atmosphere is great, with a chill vibe that makes it a perfect place to sit down and enjoy a coffee. There’s also outdoor seating, plus cute merchandise inside. The smoothies were delicious as well.The reason this is a 4-star review instead of 5 is the coffee. We ordered the Honey Badger without cayenne, which should have been a honey and cinnamon coffee. Instead, both drinks tasted overwhelmingly of cinnamon with little to no honey, and there was a lot of cinnamon sediment at the bottom. More balance with the honey would have made it much better.read more

We saved this location for our last stop before... heading back to Texas. It did not disappoint. There was a line but it moved fairly quick. The vibes were amazing great art on the wall and they had the jams rolling some good ole Chris Stapleton and Treaty Oak Revival.The staff was super welcoming and helpful with recommendations. I came here everyday (sometimes twice) that we... were in Jackson hole for an iced huckleberry mudpot coffee and was very very sad when we had to leave that behind. Berries in coffee sounded odd to me but it was SO good. A must try! I did also have their breakfast burrito one day and that was great too. There’s usually a line out the door but it moved very fast and is worth the wait. You can do a self serve order at the machine as you walk in as well to skip the queue which helps. Staff are super friendly and the cafe itself is cute so definitely put this at the top of your list.read more

I'm sure it's because it's one of the only... locations open at 6:00 A.M. and people are trying to grab their coffee before hikes and such but it was quite busy! The line moved quick enough but it was VERY crowded while waiting and hard to hear when your order was called despite it being a small space. We got a breakfast biscuit and that was quite disappointing. It was handed to us immediately so we knew that it was pre-made and it unfortunately tasted like it as well. The biscuit was hard and crumbly and the bacon was more like bacon bits. The coffee itself was okay!read more

We went here because it was the only place open... early. My wife ordered the cinnamon bun which was ice cold out of the refrigerator and should have been warmed up in my opinion. It was also extremely dry. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it seemed to be a microwaved pre-made sandwich with paper thin bacon on it. It felt over priced for mediocre food.read more

We really liked this spot. It is conveniently... located and has a nice atmosphere, both inside and out. It appears to be very popular.The food and beverage quality was very good.The service has the same challenges facing other coffee shops. There was a longer line that was slow to move. We used the kiosk to order, which was fine, but the almost infinite combinations for coffee drinks made it somewhat slow as well. Both drinks and breakfast sandwiches took quite some time.It is somewhat expensive.Overall, the experience was “OK.” I’m sure our experience was adversely impacted by business volume that made it somewhat chaotic.read more

All the research for food in Jackson led me to... Cowboy Coffee Co. And for good reason. The place was understandably packed. It’s small inside, but there are a few tables and a bar along the back. In addition to the food and drinks, they have a variety of items for sale. Souvenirs, hats, shirts, etc. They also offer a variety of food options, including breakfast sammiches, muffins, etc. I’m not a coffee drinker but my wife is, and and she very much enjoyed her drink (a “Honey Badger”), and a chocolate muffin. I enjoyed my Lotus Energy (pink lemonade) and “Cowboy Croissant”. After securing our items (and a couple souvenirs for the wifey), we walked across the street to the main square. We took pictures under the famous antler arches, and walked through the peaceful park. The business in Cowboy Coffee never died down. Don’t pass up a chance to visit Cowboy Coffee Co. on your visit to Jackson, WY.read more

We had a fabulous experience at Cowboy Coffee... getting organic espresso cortados and the Cowboy Cubanos. We found the coffees to be perfectly balanced and smooth in flavor. Even with the crowd, the service was timely and we got seated. Their baristas are artists, and the coffee quality was top tier (USDA Organic).read more

Absolutely my weekly/daily go-to without... question! As a local with a schedule to keep, I rarely ever stand in line to order: their mobile app is a life-saver for daily needs, & I’m guessing makes their barista/chef professional lives easier on their side too… however, I bring my own cup to save on waste if I do stand in line. This place is a great vibe and definitely a... staple of Jackson. The coffee, however is a little hit or miss. Sometimes it will be really good and other times it will come out not hot or too milky. When they’re in a rush, you can definitely tell they are in a rush. Also, the pastries are definitely dropshipped from china. I would expect fresh baked goods for such egregious prices they are asking.read more

We visited Cowboy Coffee Co. two mornings in a... row and loved it. It does get busy as the morning goes on, so arriving early is definitely worth it. I ordered an iced latte with four shots - the espresso had a smooth, rich chocolate note that stood out. I also had the Cowboy Croissant (with sausage and no red peppers), and it was fantastic. This place ended up being a food highlight of our trip in the area.read more

We actually planned to go to another cafe but... there was a line and we didn't want to wait, so we were lucky enough to get to Cowboy coffee when there was only a short line. We scored a seat out front and our coffee and croissaints were ready really quickly!The coffee was a bit too hot, but still good.The Cowboy croissaints were hot, fresh and very tasy!Overall, Cowboy Coffee was better than I expected and would definitely come back! Swung by here for morning coffee and breakfast... prior to heading into the National Park. This is a really quick and convenient option for your morning coffee. We tried the nitro cold brew and an energy drink tea and both were really good. It’s also conveniently located next to a gas station so you can fuel up before heading into the park!read more

While visiting Jackson Hole, I asked a local... shopkeeper where the best coffee in town was. She said the Cowboy Coffee shop and she was right. Although the queue was long, (probably because of the great quality of their coffee) I was served relatively quickly. They made the best flat white coffee I have had in the USA.read more

Went to both Cowboy Coffee locations. The one... downtown was very overpacked. I had a baby in a stroller and it was hard to even fit in there. Lines were long and the space was tight. Staff seemed short staff and an additional person could have probably helped with efficiency. Overall coffee was good, but mainly a tourist destination.read more

This is a very popular spot so bring your... patience and a smile. The line is long but looks seem to be deceiving here. The line to order takes the most time, we were at the door and it took about 8 minutes to reach the counter. Once you order though, the food and drinks come quick. The breakfast sandwiches are premade but are kept warm under a lamp. If you need a substitution on the food, they will then make it to order which came out just as my latte was finished. The cowboy biscuits were good.read more

We initially drove up to order a Huckleberry... Mudpot and a Huckleberry Spritzer, but noticed that they also had a small food menu. We ended up ordering a burrito, empanadas, elk chili, ham and Swiss croissant. A favorite during our trip to Jackson - we went 3... times! The honey badger latte is warm and perfect for the weather, I converted my non-hot latte boyfriend to it after our first visit. The cowboy croissant is flavorful and just the right amount of food for breakfast.Plus side, they were dog friendly - it’s always best to ask before entering (especially a restaurant) but Jackson proved to be just as dog friendly as it claimed to be.Decent amount of seating available.read more

Underwhelming experience. Started with waiting at... the counter to order for about 10 minutes with employees running back and forth and no acknowledgment. Once ordering, the cashier was not personable and borderline rude.They make their money with extra charges — ordered a latte and was charged significantly extra for oat milk and charged again to make it unsweetened (??? Don’t understand this)…None of that would’ve been much of an issue if their customer service was even remotely reasonable. Their stickers are cool though so there’s that?read more

Was able to place a walk up order at around... 6:20am, staff was friendly and the order was served right in the nick of time to catch a bus out of town. Ordered a honeycomb latte - the drink was OK but it had some schmutz (grounds) on the bottom of the cup, I was not a fan of that.read more

I’m a pretty easy going coffee drinker and don’t... often go for boutique coffee drinks as they are typically loaded with syrup and sugar but I tried this place and was surprised how perfectly flavored their drinks are! I went back every day and tried a new one and they were all amazing! Caramel cappuccino, honey badger, and Mexican mocha were all delicious and not too sweet! A must visit when in Jackson Hole for a delicious... coffee! I ordered a vanilla latte with coconut milk and it was out of this world. One of the best lattes I have had in awhile. Bonus they also have gluten free bakery items! I had a gf chocolate chip cookie and it was a little dry but I got a gf pumpkin muffin (I think that's what it was) as well and it was delicious! I gave the atmosphere a three-star because it's... just a drive-thru and there is a cute little place to hang out outside but it's right next to all the traffic coming in. Okay, I wrote a not so great review a few years... ago for Cowboy Coffee on the square. I still don’t go there because I’m highly impressionable. BUT the Cowboy Coffee Drive thru is great. I haven’t had a negative experience and highly recommend their coffee. I cannot speak to their food except for the bison chili which is so good a vegan would eat it. The service here is phenomenal and amiable. One sweetie always comments on my outfit or dogs and he makes my day better.read more

The coffee was good flavor, they just didn’t add any sweeteners to it, which was my fault honestly. The cold brew is strong in caffeine content, but it tasted fantastic as it was. I really enjoyed stopping at this little coffee... shop. Anything with a drive thru is always a plus. They had some unique flavors which I enjoyed. I got an iced Huckleberry mudpot which was very good. I also tried a chocolate frosted donut. My husband got a hot vanilla latte and breakfast sandwich which he also enjoyed.
