Our roasting method is an “Old World” style that slowly brings each Estate Coffee to its ideal development, maximizing and balancing the flavor, aroma, and body of each cup of coffee. Though developed in Europe, we emphasize the “Old West” in our roasting process. The original cowboy was bold and unique and we try to reproduce those qualities in our roasting profiles.
As far as we know, there isn’t another coffee roaster west of the Mississippi that roasts using the same methods as we do at Cowboy.
