Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which are the international standard for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we've done
Ongoing efforts on this site include:
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels so screen readers can navigate pages meaningfully.
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, including the cart, checkout, and product configurator.
- Color contrast tested against WCAG AA minimums.
- Descriptive alt text on product and editorial images.
- Responsive layouts that scale with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- Form fields with visible labels, error messages, and focus states.
- Respect for the browser's “reduced motion” preference on animations and transitions.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some third-party content — including embedded maps and social media feeds — may not fully meet our standards. We're working on these areas and welcome feedback on any barrier you encounter.

If you run into a barrier on cowboycoffee.com — a feature that doesn't work with your screen reader, a page that's hard to navigate with a keyboard, text that's too small or too faint, anything at all — please let us know. Email office@cowboycoffee.com with:
- The page URL where you encountered the issue.
- A description of what happened and what you expected.
- The device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, if you can share them.
We'll acknowledge your report within two business days and do our best to address the underlying issue promptly.
